Building a Defense Team

Defense is one of the most important parts in the game of basketball. Basketball team that has a good standard, would have a good defense and orderly. One thing that is important in playing defense is that the concept of team defense. Team defense is a concept in which we collaborate in conducting the defense team. Every individual must realize the importance of understanding the defense team. In order to do effective defense, the coach must be systematic / sequential teaches philosophy at the players on defense that includes some of these things: 

• Defense should always be aggressive. 
• Each player in the team must be responsible. 
• In every game should have a defensive purpose. 
• Defense it is a combination of a team game in team defense. 
• Defense it must use a heart full of determination. 

Forming a defense system takes time, patience, discipline, and commitment from every player on the team. Coaches are responsible to explain to the players about the benefits of an effective defense system. One more important thing is terusnya hard work done each player will make the defense that will be used increasingly become an incredible weapon to dampen the strength of the opponent in a match
